Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our quality control center.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
